I seen a cook using the bathroom number 2. As we both are attempting to wash our hands both soap dispensers were out. That man walked out the bathroom and went right back to cooking. We left promptly. I encourage you to look up their C rating. I’d say they definitely earned it.

On 1/16/2026 I placed an order through the app. The order was received at 5:39 to be picked up at 6:30. You would think almost an hour to fix my meal everything would be ready. I arrive at 6:35 to see if my food was ready. The guy said my food is ready but it’s a 30 minutes wait for rolls. I called and spoke to manager he acted like it was no big deal. I felt like his attitude was like take your food or wait. We already got your money, so I don’t care. We are busy.

Fromm the Birthday Eeeeee haaaa to all the beautiful and respectful people, I left SC at age 22 I’ve been gone for 45 yrs, and this is the best ever restaurant , I’ll come for the salad the sirloin, mash rolls, sweet tea, and bbq chicken, I’ll be there twice a month I promise, Bless Up

We went on a military discount day. We didn't know it until we arrived. Even though we had a wait, things moved along well. The service was super. Our steaks were perfect! The prices are reasonable. I can't wait to go back again.

I’ve seen reviews about how amazing Texas Roadhouse is and never lived near one to try. I’ve been in SC for a few years and I decided yesterday to try one and ummmm……..I wouldn’t go back. Our server was very nice and attentive without being overbearing. I attempted to order country fried chicken steak and was informed that they were out of the creamy white gravy and was offered brown gravy. I decided to get steak instead, mashed potatoes, and a Caesar salad after being informed that a house salad consisted of cheese and croutons……..ummm okay. The salad came out first and was poor quality. The dressing was good but the croutons tasted like fried bread, there was dried salad dressing along the edge and rim of the bowl, and many of the lettuce pieces were brown. The country fried steak came out and it was decent. The other meal looked decent as well except that the green beans were swimming. The rolls were all I’ve ever heard about and they were good but not good enough to return. Later got the check and both meals, to my understanding of the menu, should have been priced at the early dinner menu price but was not.

Always crowded on the weekend. They will not seat you until your entire party is present, even if you have small children. Always good food and good service.

Our food was ordered online and when my husband went to pick it up, the server who handles to go orders told him there were no drinks included. He told it is on the receipt. She decided to only provide him with three kid drinks instead of two regular drinks and one kid drink. For as much as a single drink costs we could have just gotten a bottle at a grocery store. That is not what we ordered!! I called back twice and did not get an answer. It’s not close by, so going back to get it is not convenient. We should have just ordered at another restaurant.
