Food was not all that great. Not as seen in pictures. Also used my card on the machine tapped option for no tip left the restaurant being charged 70.74 woke up the next day with my total being updated to 85.74 service was not good to warrant 15 dollar tip charge. Called multiple times to get clarification no answer

I went to their Broad River location and such an amazing exeprience and was so excited when I heard they moved downtown.
Unfortunately, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. I waited over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or offering assistance. Despite staff members walking past multiple times, no one seemed interested in helping. I recognized the owner from the Broad River location. A large group of people came in after I did. As soon as they came in, he was there to greet them. Immediately after they had drink and food orders taken. There was one guy walking around in slides and sweats wiping down seats as he went back and forth between behind the bar and wiping seats.
Not what I expected because service at the Broad River location was the complete opposite.
Poor service like this is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. I would not recommend this place if you value your time and expect decent customer service.
I visited this restaurant for lunch now that they’re on Assembly Street. I’ll lead with the good- I was greeted and sat immediately. My waitress was polite and attentive. The food had great flavor.
The booth seating is awkward and honestly hard to sit and eat at because the table is so far away from the chairs. I ordered the beignets and wings- menu price $18 and some change. And the wings were disturbingly small. I question what responsibly sourced chicken would produce something so small. The wings were nearly as big as my AirPod case. When I figure out how to post a picture, I’ll be sure to add it. I’d like to go again one day because the chef can cook but they are setting them up for failure with poor product so I’ll have to wait to go again. I don’t mind spending money on food but I do expect my food to match the pricing.

Signage nonexistent. No receipt available. Very long wait, place was empty

We ordered the shrimp po boy, pasta, and salmon bites. PERFECTION! The food was seasoned well and all of the food was fresh and hot when we got home. The quantity was also enough to have leftovers. Please dont sacrifice this level of quality as your business grows. We will be back! One small issue, reconsider the mandatory 15% gratuity on to go orders. There's already two other taxes(hospitality and county tax) adding gratuity to non dining patrons may become a deterent limiting frequency of visits. Overall , the food was delicious and worth the occasional cost.

This place is legit very good New Orleans Cajun food. Went here with several friends before an LSU football game - we are all from S Louisiana and that can be a tough crowd to please far from home. We found out the owners are from NOLA - not too surprising given the name with the “eaux” spelling and the nice play on “fleur de lis”.
The place may not look like much from the outside but the food was very very good. We had the boudin balls and a few other things with a few of us getting the Catfish Acadian. Really good.

This food had me in the bathroom! I rate it a 1/10 and I’m a foodie! I left unsatisfied! I had the turkey wing 0/10 , collard greens 8/10, red beans in rice 3/10 was not seasoned at all! And I had that powered dough which didn’t taste fresh! Idk I’m just not a fan and I most definitely don’t recommend! And they charge you gratuity for sitting by yourself!

WOW!! Some of the most delicious food I've ever eaten. Wish I could give 10 stars.
Love the gumbo - seasoned to perfection. The Mardi gras pasta packs a punch of flavors that are so well balanced, I could eat it every day! And the beignets were the perfect ending to an amazing dinner. I will be back very soon! Thank you!

Absolutely not! Customer service is not it. Lady sounded so annoyed on the phone. When I went to pick up my mobile order, the man just pointed at the counter. Didn’t even acknowledge me with a greeting or anything. Ordered the beignets and EW!!! Barely any powdered sugar on here. It was horrendous and a shame to the word “beignet”. Place also STUNK OF WEED AND CIGARETTES. It was also raw. Never ever again. Go to Pj’s coffee for some real beignets. Never coming back.

Great service even though they were a little short staffed they were so nice. The waterfall wall is a nice touch on decor and the food is really good. Definitely going to go another time when they have open mic night or a paint and sip event!

We first visited a few months ago and had the shrimp etoufee which was great. I'm not sure what happened between then and now but this time (july 4th 2024) we placed our order for the catfish acadian with jasmine rice along with crawfish etoufee and a side of macaroni and cheese. The young lady behind the counter kept going on about it being her birthday and engaging in a game of uno at the end of the bar with other people while we waited for our order to be made and another couple dined in. The food finally came up 30 mins or so later and once we arrived home this is what we opened our boxes to... needless to say this is our last time visiting this establishment. Piss poor professionalism in the workplace along with a terrible food experience this time was enough for us to make our decision.
