Talisha made sure everything was perfect for us! We are from VA Beach, visiting family and they took us to Rush's and it was DELISH!!! Thank you for making my family's first time visiting delicious and hospitable! Talisha came by our table to make sure our orders were perfect and to our liking. Next time we are in town, We'd love to stop in again!
We stopped by Rush's in Columbia SC on the way home to Greenville SC from Charleston SC. This was a great little spot for a good burger and friendly staff clean restaurant 😀 03/29/2026

Rush's is a fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of classic American dishes. Customers can enjoy a chili cheeseburger basket, grilled chicken club, or a barbecue sandwich basket. The portions are large, and the food is generally described as excellent and delicious, though one customer found their double cheeseburger basket to be undercooked, soggy, and bland. The staff is reported to be fast and polite, with one customer describing the man at the register as "so smiling and friendly, and went out of his way to be kind to everyone who walked in." Another customer has been visiting Rush's for years, praising the amazing burgers, delicious milkshakes, and the fries that are so good they don't even need ketchup. Overall, Rush's seems to be a decent option for those craving classic fast-food fare, particularly their chili burger or apple turnover.
