We ordered the shrimp po boy, pasta, and salmon bites. PERFECTION! The food was seasoned well and all of the food was fresh and hot when we got home. The quantity was also enough to have leftovers. Please dont sacrifice this level of quality as your business grows. We will be back! One small issue, reconsider the mandatory 15% gratuity on to go orders. This place is legit very good New Orleans Cajun food. Went here with several friends before an LSU football game - we are all from S Louisiana and that can be a tough crowd to please far from home. We found out the owners are from NOLA - not too surprising given the name with the “eaux” spelling and the nice play on “fleur de lis”.
