The service you get here is iffy. They charge extra for chicken without teriyaki. Then they tell you they can’t cut the food smaller when they have done it before. Especially when the reason I want it cut smaller is because it wasn’t cooked all the way last time

My kids usually love this place for quick hibachi. We haven’t been in over a year and today we went and there was mold floating in my drink. I went and inspected the ice dispenser and it was caked in black mold. I told the lady at the front and she said “oh yeah that’s why I don’t touch it or use it.” So she knew it was that way and nothing has been done about it?? Shrimp also had a fishy taste. Praying we don’t get sick!

The gyoza was fried in old oil and burnt. The rice, shrimp, steak, and vegetables had absolutely no seasoning on them. Ordered an extra side of vegetables and they were served in a small cup. I wouldn't go here again.

If this had been my first experience with tokyo grill I probably would never eat at their restaurants again but luckily I've gone to other Tokyo Grills (Decker blvd) and I know they serve great food but this location is not up to par the food seemed old and like it had been sitting for hours. I placed a call in order for pick up and got the hibachi steak and shrimp as well as gyoza and a chicken bowl for my partner. The gyoza and chicken bowl were great! The steak and shrimp however were both like mush. I'm not sure if they just sat in the marinade too long or what, but when I bit into the steak and shrimp it was almost like I was chewing mashed potatoes or something like that consistency. Just a miss this time, hoping next time is better.

This place has completely fell off the bandwagon.... Walked in, said to the lady at the front. Hey, how are you doing? She looked at me with a blank face, didn't even acknowledge I said anything.... Ordered hibachi, it's steak and shrimp.It says 12.95 on the board she charged me 15.95. Because I asked for less rice and more vegetables. And I said to her before you check me out. Can I get some extra sauce? As she swiped my card and said, I already checked you out, it's too late.... the whole entire time she was on her personal cell phone, complaining about how incredibly boring her job is. She was just very unpleasant. I will never go to there again even though I used to love eating there.

I’ve been going to this location since childhood and my last few visits left me unbelievably disappointed. The recent management changes and revolving door of employees has taken this place drastically down hill. Due to this the quality and customer service is a haunting shadow of its former self. The food is no where near the same quality. Nowadays it’s bland and room temp by the time they give it to you after you’ve waited for it for about 30mins-1hr. The lady at the register is extremely rude and is constantly in the back. When she takes your order she yells in your face while communicating to the chief who cooks everything at an extremely slow pace while before majority of the food was already prepped and ready to go when you get there. Please go to any other location, as they do not have any of these problems. I hope upper management takes action as one of their original stores is no longer representing the quality of service that has been on display for over a decade.

I haven't had Tokyo Grill in years and tonight reminded me why unfortunately. The food was lukewarm and lacked flavor. I ordered a steak bowl; it was NOT steak. I'm not sure what kind of meat is being served but I could not stomach it and had to trash it (along with my $17). I gave the rating a 2 because the service was okay. The cashier was very polite and the restaurant appeared cleaned.
