30 minutes before your appointment is that your allowed to check in, no parking on property

Great company

Drivers avoid this place. Takes forever to get loaded. This business doesn’t care about drivers hos. They will ruin your clock out and kick you off the property with no cares. Come in with a full day planned to camp out. Not long enough
to do a split break just long enough to get little to no miles. Waste of time.

I wish I could give them 0 ratings. The worst facility ever to pick a load from. Them workers lazy like damn..

What a joke arrived half hour early, was informed that they were 4 hours behind, called after 5 hours with a dock then told they seated me in wrong one so had to move. They claim short staffed is the reason then maybe 1) be a place people wanna work 2) stop filling trailers that didn't have drivers until caught up with the ones with drivers whom you scheduled and would hold to their appointment time.

One of the worst places 10 hours past appointment time they finally load you with no overnight parking and you can't check in more than 30 minutes early not even a minute early

This place is trash 7 hours 2 get loaded

The load was a drop and hook they were quick with paper work & reassigning empty trailer.

Appointment based shipper. Be here no earlier than 30 mins. I was loaded & out in 80 mins

I go there for my apponment 4:00am and the securty told they not accept load went the nearest truck stop and come back 7:00am give me a dook to and they loaded a trailer after me it tooks them 7 hours to unleaded

Man I don't know what these reviews are talking about I got here at 7am was in the door by 7:05am and outta here by 7:45am great place to get unloaded

Picked up from 2002 American Italian Way, AIPC.

2nd time picking up a load from here. Everyone from the security guard at the gate to the lady in the shipping office, to the loaders themselves were very friendly and do their jobs well. Would not mind picking up here again.

Got here on time for appt. Sat in door for two hours before they called me and said my trailer was rejected due to a broken door. This is the type of place where you keep the swing doors closed and just back to the dock where they open and close your doors on the inside of the warehouse. I pulled away from the dock to see what happened. They apparently pushed my doors in and snapped four hinges and claim I came here already like that! The loader was trying to get out of taking a piss test I guess..I had to wait 3 hours for road service..terrible experience and won’t be back. As an owner operator they wasted my whole day..if I could give less than one star I would! The only bright spot was the security guard at check in was cool
