Picked up from 2002 American Italian Way, AIPC.

2nd time picking up a load from here. Everyone from the security guard at the gate to the lady in the shipping office, to the loaders themselves were very friendly and do their jobs well. Would not mind picking up here again.

Got here on time for appt. Sat in door for two hours before they called me and said my trailer was rejected due to a broken door. This is the type of place where you keep the swing doors closed and just back to the dock where they open and close your doors on the inside of the warehouse. I pulled away from the dock to see what happened. They apparently pushed my doors in and snapped four hinges and claim I came here already like that! The loader was trying to get out of taking a piss test I guess..I had to wait 3 hours for road service..terrible experience and won’t be back. As an owner operator they wasted my whole day..if I could give less than one star I would! The only bright spot was the security guard at check in was cool

Don't Come Here ?????? check in 7 pm, 9:45 pm and they haven't called me to go to the door, I go to the office, the woman tells me that there are trucks in front of me, trucks from 3 in the afternoon and it's almost 10 pm (in total 8 trucks) all the docks with green lights, all the workers in the office talking to each other, I tell the woman in the office that my appointment is at Walmart at 8am the next day and I have to drive 8 hours to Orlando, he only answered me to change the delivery appointment, !!!!!!! Seriouslyoooooooooo!!!!!! And I see all the workers in the office talking to each other and no one is working, I had to cancel that load at 11:30 pm because I wouldn't have time to get to Orlando at 8 am????? Don't Come Here ????? for nothing in the world even if it is the last load that exists.

Don't go to this company for any kind of live load. They have been in business for years and cannot get a truck load in under 6 hours.

Tremendous garbage this place. If you can avoid coming here do so. 6 hours to charge.

Why set up appointments if you’re going to blow them off and make a driver wait 6+ hours to get loaded. Got a dock at my appointment time and waited 4 hours before they ever started loading. Past the 6 hour mark and still waiting…

Fast unloading and clean rest rooms.

I would like to know where the owners of this disgusting place are. There are bad places
To download. But this is the worst in the world. You have to report it every day to see if all these employees vote.?

I come my appointment 5pm and i out 12 am

I have been calling this place for the last 3 weeks this place doesn't answer the phone they tell to press o for operator and then say they don't recognize the in put I don't understand why no one answers

Arrived at 0710 for 0800 delivery appointment. Easy and quick in and out. Everyone friendly, plenty of room. No overnight parking.

Very slow loading me when I was on time for my appt. This shipper is too rich and huge to care. Nearly 4 hrs to load a 30-45 min load time.It was on pallets

As a driver that's been to many locations I. Value 2 things a restroom to get into and fast loading or unloading. This place only has a restroom. I arrived early for my appointment at 12:30. When my appointment was at 1 PM I did not leave this location. Till near 10 PM.Absolutely terrible service
