Everyone was friendly
Easy check in at the guard shack in a dock and out on no time. Sometimes it might take longer if they have to clean the floor or if something makes a mess but so far it's been in and out. Great staff inside and out.
At the entrance, tell the receptionist your number, and they'll tell you what to do. Go to the office, register, and they'll give you a door. They'll load it quickly. Thank you.
Appt at 11, checked in and assigned a door at 10:44, loaded and bills in hand at 12:20. Staff are friendly. Was expecting the worst from all the reviews of long loading times... maybe it just depends on how busy they are / your company / where the load is going.
Will they unload before appt?
No problems with my delivery or pickup. The young lady and Carlos were very helpful to me.
Just can't arrive no more than 30 mins prior to appointment, thankfully there are nearby truck stops so don't think they have overnight parking either🤔
30 minutes before your appointment is that your allowed to check in, no parking on property
Great company
Drivers avoid this place. Takes forever to get loaded. This business doesn’t care about drivers hos. They will ruin your clock out and kick you off the property with no cares. Come in with a full day planned to camp out. Not long enough
to do a split break just long enough to get little to no miles. Waste of time.

I wish I could give them 0 ratings. The worst facility ever to pick a load from. Them workers lazy like damn..
What a joke arrived half hour early, was informed that they were 4 hours behind, called after 5 hours with a dock then told they seated me in wrong one so had to move. They claim short staffed is the reason then maybe 1) be a place people wanna work 2) stop filling trailers that didn't have drivers until caught up with the ones with drivers whom you scheduled and would hold to their appointment time.
One of the worst places 10 hours past appointment time they finally load you with no overnight parking and you can't check in more than 30 minutes early not even a minute early
This place is trash 7 hours 2 get loaded
The load was a drop and hook they were quick with paper work & reassigning empty trailer.
