Everything was great until I stepped up front to ask a question. I stood directly in front of an employee named Kinsley & asked her a question. She completely ignored me. I stepped to the right into the payment line and at that moment Kinsley looked directly at the lady in line in front of me and spoke to her and asked her if she could get anything for her but the lady replied that she was just there to pay her bill. I asked the cashier my question who answered it immediately...
We have been coming to this Waffle House for the last 6-9 months almost every weekend over going to one much closer to home. The service is outstanding, the food is all hot when it gets to us, and it is cleaner! Usually there is music playing at an inviting and natural level, and if it isn't, you might get lucky to hear one of the ladies singing :). Only thing this location could use is a deep clean of the windows and window sills. Otherwise this team and location is tops...
A great place for a quick breakfast, delicious, and customer service is always good. Very friendly staff.
Parking: The only bad thing I would say about this location is the parking. It's a construction area and they can get busy and the parking lot is small. But don't let this deter you. The food, service, and friendliness are worth it.
