Dined in. Three other people sitting to be waited on. A regular customer explained I came at the wrong time. There was a delayed shift change, one 15 minutes late and the other 38 minutes. The third one at 43 minutes late. So no one acknowledged a customer for twenty two minutes. I was finally greeted and placed my order after a 23 minute wait. I was handed my waffle pale and with chocolate chips. I’d asked for a dark waffle and it was corrected but still without flatware...read full review
