Great burgers, came with tater tots. Little on the pricey side. Beer came in an aluminum cup so drink stayed cool. We were served burgers 10 min after paying. Ate at the shaded benches nearby. For reference we grabbed an early lunch around 11:20am on a Friday.
Slightly on the expensive side (for what it is, anyway), but positively surprised by how good this is for in-zoo fast food. We liked the tater tots, especially the wild style ones (sauce, cheese, and bacon as toppings), and the burger was good!However, be prepared for a super long wait (like a half hour), especially when it's a sunny summer day.

Food took 30+ mins, the buzzer never buzzed nor lit up. We were told someone else must have grabbed our falafel burger. Other people too were waiting around forever wondering about their food orders.When it finally came, it was severely overcooked crumbling in my hands.The saving grace was Matt, the manager.He displayed professionalism, heard us out, gave us a refund for our time and trouble plus comped our meal at the other restaurant, Tuskers.
