Gross as hell
Can’t dine in after dark. Which is crazy. I’m from South Georgia. Never heard of such. They said it’s for their safety. If you’re that scared you should probably find at job that requires you to stay home with your doors locked after dark. Can’t be scared or soft all your life.
Best Waffle House in the Columbia area by far. There is no comparison, good service and good food. 100% recommended this place.

A lot. And off duty worker loudly talking to someone on speakerphone. She was talking loudly to herself and the workers as she was counting her tips. Her uniform shirt was too small and revealed a lot of skin (stomach sides and back). Our server was holding a conversation with her as she was serving our order. She dropped our plates and walked away. I had to get up and ask for the rest of my order because she didn't bring it all initially. She never cameback to fill the coffee or ask if we needed anything else. The floor was really dirty. I looked around and could see looks of surprise in other Sunday customer's faces. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Waffle House. No one should have to endure this type of behavior when coming to an establishment .

Every Saturday when we come here to get food. There is some type of drama or either we are waiting almost 30 mins to have our order to be taken. By far the worst waffle house I've ever been too. Customer service wise.

I was at this restaurant today and it was full of people waiting to eat and the staff was standing around talking and one the booths was taken by on the staff’s kids stretched out and covered with blankets I didn’t know that they was housing the staff kids but I will eat there ever again. Unprofessional and unclean!!!!

Stopped in at Waffle House today, and once again it reminded me why this place holds such a special spot in my heart. The staff was outstanding—so warm, friendly, and genuinely awesome to talk with. They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in, which is everything I’ve come to love about this restaurant over the years.
What made this trip even more special was that it was my son’s very first time at a Waffle House. Being able to pass down the “wisdom” of this place—the great food, the laid-back atmosphere, and the people who make it feel like family—was something I’ll never forget. The meal was spot-on, cooked just right, and served with a smile.
Thank you to the incredible team here for making his first Waffle House experience such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!

Come here to the location on two notch almost everynight after work and it’s by far my favorite place to eat after work! The workers are so nice and kind the food is cook hot and fresh and never once got my order messed up! As a manager in fast food myself I definitely can say this third shift crew is on fire !

Waffle House is a popular place because it does what it does well. Serve comfort food at a good price, all day, and with good service. Staff is friendly and food is served quickly. Always a great place to stop for a decent bite.

Terrible. Our server, white girl, long wavy or curly hair brought us dirty glasses. Then brought gravy that was literally stuck to itself. As I was telling her about it, she literally walked away in the middle of the complaint. Said nothing, did nothing. Won't go back if they paid me.

Awful customer service. Caught an attitude because I wanted to see how much the total for just the one thing I ordered was(Only scrambled eggs) also the employee caught an attitude with another customer when the customer said something was missing. I just left, and told her to cancel my order, and went two miles down the road to the other location. As also a member in customer service, and being that I have done customer service over 20 years at different locations, I know how people can be, but if the person is being courteous from the start, what's the issue? You might have things going on with your life, but Nobody picked what you agreed to and your circumstances, but you. We have to work on this, or these places WILL lose money. We, people spending our hard earned money for good service and food, will end up just prepping and cooking at home. At least we won't have to deal with the bs and nasty stank attitudes.
