I was hesitant to come to this Wendy’s because they had a three star rating but Miss “CARLA PRAYTOR” got this place a five star review from me. She was working the drive-through and often times at most fast food places you tend to get someone who is impatient and almost makes you feel pressured to hurry up with your order and not be difficult. She gave me more than enough time to complete my order, She was kind And she was Professional. Maybe the three stars was from previous...

I deliver for multiple services/companies you are likely familiar with, and sadly, Wendy's is consistently underachieving in terms of efficient, and quick service. The wait times are unacceptable, and you can definitely tell that the employees are simply there to make a paycheck and nothing else. Customer service is not great, and they make you feel like you are a burden to them. Hate to say it, but it's the truth.

I cant say enough good about Carla. I had a big office order. She took my order and brought me my food. I haven't had the best week, and her smile, laugh, and kindness was so contagious. She's so sweet and made my day better. She deserves everything good she gets in life. ♥️-
