In the past few months, I have been turned away in the mornings around 745am about 15 times, with the manager stating she can't serve anyone cause the "system" is down. So every time I try to go there, I end up at work hungry with no food. I have sent several complaints but none has ever been responded to.

Wendy's is a restaurant with mixed experiences. The restaurant has a parking lot and is wheelchair accessible. However, some reviewers noted dirty bathrooms and unclean counter surfaces. The food is fine, not great, but fine. There is always a line and the drive thru is never caught up or efficient. You usually wait an incredibly long time to order and it is never "fast" food. The order is normally right, but the burger can be sloppy and soggy and the fries can be cold and burnt. The store is apparently perpetually understaffed.
