"Manager" was rude and incompetent. Accused customers of not placing mobile orders and ignoring cashier when she tried to show her the order in the system. How is this person in a leadership position.
We were just served RAW chicken sandwiches. We turned around and took the sandwiches back in to show them. They didn’t apologize, they didn’t offer to make it right... they simply said they would refund the money, end of conversation. This location is severely lacking training, leadership and quality personnel. I wasn’t surprised to see this location has a 1.8 out of 5 stars.
