13 of us showed up for lunch and after the initial shock, the staff got right to taking our orders…it was one big order. Thoroughly impressed with the fact that everyone’s order was delivered in a timely fashion and everyone received what they ordered…thanks to the staff on who were working that day!!

Ordered a grilled ranch chicken wrap, the chicken was unfit to eat. Dried, tough, cold, I literally had a lettuce, cheese wrap.

Two cars in the drive -in and I pull up behind them. First car pulls off, second pulls up to order. She gets parked and now I’m at the screen being told to hold. I was waiting so long that I fell asleep. Finally ordered, paid and asked to pull up. What’s going on here? This is supposed to be fast food

Like how are you the manager and you get an attitude with a customer because you all got the order wrong you can’t give jobs or big roles like that to ignorant Black people and then she snatched the burger out of my hand and asked me to pull up when she was wrong. Anybody who was reading this would you like to have gotten home took off all of your clothes and shoes and got comfortable and then to find out after eating your fry in your your nuggets everything almost digested to realize that the burger is wrong something so Simple And then you have to get back in your car or drive all the way back up there and they say oh that burger is no longer on the four for four menu. If that was the case, they could have told me that when I ordered it instead, you took my money and gave me what you wanted to give me When you got to places like Wendy’s Burger King McDonald’s instead of cava, tropical smoothie chipotle, Chick-fil-A, high-end places that don’t just order anybody off the street this is the type of service you’re gonna get. I am a nurse so I know how to treat people. I’m not ignorant like every other black woman that has these jobs. the

This location is just as bad as the broad River location went to go in as a customer through the lobby apparently lobby was closed at 4:00 in the afternoon so was forced to go through drive-thru drive-thru is not well equipped to handle heavy rainfall so my car got soaked I'm highly dissatisfied with this location and I didn't want to go through drive-thru in the first place because they're always messing up the order and drive-thru

The worst. Was in drive thru for like 10 mins. They never took my order nor did they say anything. Someone did come on the intercom and said they were gonna call the police. I dunno if the co-workers or a customer on the inside was arguing which caused them not to address drive-thru but very unprofessional either way and this was today around lunch time
