Drive through and mobile ordering is POINTLESS….. it saves you zero time at all, since they still don’t make it till you get there. And the drive through ordering makes you park and wait while they stack up orders and fool you with a seemingly empty drive through. If I wanted to park and wait for my food I would go to sonic….. and make sure you always check your order…. They will almost always forget something

I’ve been sitting in parking spot over 20 mins was given one order 15 mins ago and 3 cars have come and gone and I’m still here waiting for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and baconator fries and the first order which was 2 chicken sandwiches and a double burger and nuggets are now cold .! This store needs to be close down this is everyone my family comes to eat

I ordered at this location twice a week , it was good every time , until time , I’ve order the ten pcs nuggets combo and sprite , one old lady took my card and swiped it and bring it back to me and told me to wait at mobile order parking area , then one young guy brings me sprite , asked me what order did I ordered, then he walk away , waited over 20 minutes, I drove to the drive-through, ask the young man, he said “you didn’t pay , that why you didn’t got your order yet “ I said the other lady took my card and swipe it,” and his attitude was bad , no apologies for letting me wait over 20 minutes, worst experience ever ,

everything was so terrible. literally had to wait freaking 20 minutes just for them to get my order wrong and not being able to get what i want. this restaurant has lacked completely and it deserves to be shut down. people in this restaurant don’t take their job seriously, they don’t care, and they aren’t good at customer service. would NOT recommend coming here at all. this place will not have my time nor money EVER AGAIN. worst experience ever!!!!!!!

After waiting inside while 3 drivthru cars were waited on for every one person inside, I told the clerk she could wait on people inside while she waited for orders to be filled.
She told me that she had been instructed to slow down orders inside so orders would not back up.
I left and went elsewhere.

First the customer service was drab. I have the cashier my phone to scan at the window. She scanned it. I asked her what was the total. She said the same total I said what about the coupon? She said it didn’t work. She didn’t try to figure out why she didn’t even care so I paid the full price. The sandwich is old and cold. The potatoes are old and cold

Been coming here for years with sometimes decent service and numerous issues. Latest issue is us being parked at around 830 and waiting for food while the dude who brought food was high and took half our food to another car then just fries to us. The other vehicle went in with the rest of our food so I went in to get our correct order. The lady tried to give me the bag after the other driver had gone through the bag and touched it and had to be argued to remake my food and give me the correct food. Waited 15 mins in the store to get the correct food like I don't have plans. It's called FAST FOOD for a reason and having to park, come in and argue makes it a great night before I get where I'm going. Inside of location was dirty as well.

I've never been to a restaurant where the managers in the crew people is about the fight inside the restaurant the restaurant was so overcrowded today because lack of good management you had two girls at the front counter who seemed like they were disorganized didn't know they were coming or going very unprofessional discover something the manager was in the back preparing the food she act like she couldn't get herself together to be a manager

This one came under new management a few years ago and it has made a night and day difference. They are polite, food is fast and fresh. I really appreciate them!

The young girl at register is in capable of owning up to her mistake when I ordered my food I was even using an offer that she read. When I took the order back and told her she rang up wrong sandwich and did not give me the offer. She said it was all my fault and was very very rude.
This needs to stop bad attitudes have no place in business. I was very nice there was no reason. I would fire her on the spot. We will never come back to the St Andrews Wendy’s ever again and we have been coming here since 1974

One of the slowest locations in town. Literally nothing ready. Every car ahead of me had to pull over and wait. 4 cars.
