I came to order a meal and use my reward of 5 free chicken tenders with a $5 purchase. They forgot my free tenders and I showed the receipt. They proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me they can’t do anything about it, claiming it was just scanning to earn rewards, when I had mentioned during ordering I had this reward to redeem. Awful experience and awful customer service!

Avoid at all costs! The dining in area was closed, which made picking up a mobile order impossible. Instead, I had to wait in line, which took an additional 45 minutes past my expected pick up time, as such my food was cold. The lady at the window gave no apology, and no explanation. Needless to say, I will never eat at another Zaxby’s again, they do not deserve my money.

Stopped by the drive thru tonight. Ordered their newest item, the vegetable egg rolls, and I also ordered the loaded chicken, bacon, ranch, cheese fries.The egg rolls were delicious, then they give you a sweet & spicy sauce that goes great with the rolls.The cheese fries were delicious, and hot. They give you enough to share with two people. The quick service, was outstanding!
Consumers beware! Check your bags before leaving thia store with your order. I ordered the Asian Zensation Zalad. I did not get the sauce drizzled on the Zalad nor did I get the Asian cabbage in the middle of the Zalad. I also had a loaded fries, but the order was so skimpy, very little fries and chicken was in it. I also ordered a large fry and did not get it in my order either. I live 20min away from this establishment, a long way to turn back around to get my order right. Zaxby's you have to do better. Hire Better workers who care about what there doing.... that's if you care about your brand.

Better check your food before you leave. Got Cobb salad instead of house salad. My nibblerz didn't come with teriyaki sauce and the buns was burnt. Need to stop eating at restaurants on garners ferry rd. Cause they all suck on this side of town.

I went in today for a Cobb salad with double meat. Let's start with the presentation it was literally thrown together. There was a lady who was having her salad redone. The person at the counter claimed that she did my salad herself..the way the salad looked she looked like she chopped it up spread it around. I was going to let it go..but I couldn't so I asked for a refund as did the lady who returned her second salad..

Was told via drive-thru veteran special must be redeemed via app downloaded app then it didn't show. Wouldn't honor with military ID wasted 10 minutes running in circles talking to several different people to end up leaving with nothing.
