Our food was very good but the cashier was not pleasant. Didn't acknowledge us with any type of greeting. Took order and when she brought food I told her thank you and again no acknowledgment. I don't believe I'll be going back any time soon. I have enjoyed previous visits and staff was pleasant. I'm not spending that much money to eat and ignored. Yes, I can stay home and cook but enjoy eating out.

While I do enjoy the food, the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. The last 2 times I waited 20-30 minutes for my food. There’s also a young lady that’s usually up front (colorful hair), who I assume is the manager that has the nastiest attitude. She hasn’t been short with me, but I have witnessed her being very short and dismissive to other customers. I won’t visit the NE Columbia location again.

Service was impeccable. Anita treated me and my daughters like family and were patient when explaining the menu. We are transitioning into a vegan diet and Anita was amazingly helpful. The manager Russell was also extremely hospitable. He greeted my family and I from the door. We looked lost considering we have never been here before and he recognized it and again he also treated us like family. We will definitely return on our next night out

Got rid of the Steak Piadina. Don't know the reason why, it was delicious. It was all my husband ate there. Went for 2 years. Won't be returning.

I always love to go to Zoës Kitchen. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and the portions are hearty. The only problem is that I want a taste of EVERYTHING!! The manager at this store is so welcoming. I feel like a guest in his home. ❤️ And the lemon cookies are just sweet enough to finish off your meal perfectly. Thank you again for another fabulous meal!

Worst Zoe's location in Columbia. Horrible customer service and food never tastes fresh. One girl there is exceptionally rude. Store is never clean. If this is the best they can do they should close this location and stop ruining Zoe's reputation.

Such great service! Called last min to take food for family after a funeral. Russell was extremely helpful, guided me in the right direction on what to get for a crowed…and had it ready for pick up super fast! Def most pleasant experience I’ve had in awhile! Thank you Zoe’s kitchen and Russell!
The roasted vegetables used to be grilled and easy to eat and bursting with flavor now they are roasted, dry and hard. Not a good experience.

The harissa bbq chicken kabob is out of this world! My significant other got the steak and shrimp kabob and the steak was to die for and very tender. If you want an awesome healthy meal… this is the place to do it. The customer service was excellent as well and the manager was so helpful with it being our first time here!

I visited Zoe's on yesterday for a quick meal. I ordered the Salmon Kabob combo with hot potato salad and a Greek salad. The Salmon kabob was cooked to perfection seasoned with zucchini. The meal was delicious.

This was my third time eating here.. but I think i prefer the forest drive location a little better. But the franchise could've just changed things up a bit and i need to adjust. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Food was ready in a timely manner.
