The day worst ever it took 25 to 30 minutes to get our food!!! Under staff and personal moving like snails! Did not have Zax sauce, Ranch dipping sauce or Ranch salad dressing. Napkin holder low on napkins. Employees playing with their long hair not pulled up scratching their head around food. Start off not good to see dead roach on the floor in the Dining area. Tea container lid for tea left off and bar sticky. Crumbs on table tops floor and seats sticky. Was there around 40 minutes not one employee came out to wipe tables off after customers left. Mans rest room needed to be empty. Parking lot needs a good cleaning.
Used to be my favorite zaxbys but sadly the customer service is ridiculous now. The staff seems to have no experience on how to conduct themselves with paying customers the food was 2/5.
