Best meal replacement shakes in town! I get a shake for breakfast at least four times a week, and they keep me feeling full, energized, and focused for hours. Paula is wonderful; she is attentive, caring, and always knows exactly what her clients need, sometimes before we do! Recently, I was sick and struggling with my voice, and her teas helped me recover it. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it!
