I really enjoy the shakes. I like them hot for breakfast which is my subsitute for coffee. Paola is very knowledgeable about her products and she helps me maintain my weight with the shakes and energy level with the tea shots.
I LOVE buying the shakes, smoothies, and energy teas at Duncan Fitness Nutrition. I come during my lunch break every day and I have lost some weight. Paola is always polite and greets her customers with a smile. She is very knowledgeable about her products.
I love it here, I come twice a day!! The Best I have ever had. The Mega Meal Replacement Shake stays on u for bout 4 hours, I have so much energy and I feel great, I have shed some pounds too!! Paula is just great and has great products!!
