I had a great experience through drive thru. The staff was great and attentive. Only complaint is to many crew on their phones. That's very unprofessional and distract them from their responsibility. It's unfortunate that the managers don't set a standard in these food establishments anymore. It shows that making a dollar is more important than following company policies and it's distracting for the ones that care about doing a good job.

They forget a simple item on my order bcuz their worker told me to pull up and got food and they forgot my smoothie but bcuz It was rush hour I didn't notice so I go back even with recipe and called like couples times, they never answered..I show up two day later and first worker understood the assignment Nd she knew they probably f up but the manger comes up and tells me they can't give me my smoothie (that they left out)and tells me if it's a week out they can't...
