I love dunkin and since there isnt one close to my house I get one every chance when I come to easley but, the last few times my order is always incorrect. all I ask for is sugar and caramel in my iced machiato today they didnt have carmel...that's fine but.... 2 times now there is no sugar in my drinks? very disappointed
Ordered two bagels with cream cheese and this is what I got. I pre ordered on the app, didn’t mind waiting and this is what I got 😵💫.
The most wonderful experience. I have never happened across a group of people as kind as the employees at this location. Everyone constantly goes above and beyond to offer excellent service, and they are consistently the highlight of my day.
It’s impossible to adequately encapsulate just how incredible this location is. There is a kindness and love here that you will not find anywhere else. I am ecstatic to have this as part of my daily routine.

Despite occasional delays, the staff's good attitude and patience-asking nature make up for any wait. The atmosphere is great, with a good selection of items and friendly faces. Customers appreciate the positive attitude of the staff, especially when creating drinks or handling busy times, which makes visits enjoyable even during chaos.
