The Easley McDonalds location is the worst location I have ever been to. I do not know why I keep going back. It gets worse every time I go. The woman at the drive through window today was rude. She didn’t understand why I didn’t feel I could make almost an unturned to park because they were so backed up. I believe she is the cause of being so backed up. When all of the pick up parking spots are full, there is a problem.
I don't know what's going on at this location but it's a sh*t show. My daughter placed a mobile order today. When she arrived, the app wouldn't allow her to put her parking space number. The app shut down. When she re launched the app it claimed her order was delivered but it wasn't. She called and no answer. She had to then go into the store where she was ignored. She eventually got the attention of a staff member. They said they'd get her order in a few minutes. 40 minutes went...read full review
