The service is friendly, Vanessa always shares a smile, and she makes my FAVORITE AND THE BEST SUGAR-FREE ICED LATTE, much much better than Coyote Coffee. Star Buck’s does not even offer a sugar free coffee(I asked). Thank you Vanessa for thinking about the diabetic people, we like coffee too!!
We absolutely loved Vanessa's coffee shop/bus, which is why it's such a HUGE disappointment to learn that she stiffed our marching band program last year. We invited her to come to our event that draws literally thousands of people, for a small percentage of her daily sales. Her bus was there for nearly twelve hours, with huge lines all day long. At the end of the day, she gave our program $75. Seventy five dollars, for constant business over a 12 hour period. That's just shameful.
My husband and I recently moved to Easley, and as a coffee lover, I was excited to try the local coffee shops! We tried Vanessa’s and instantly found our favorite - they have a great menu full of different options for coffee lovers and their non-coffee-loving friends (my husband loves the frozen hot chocolate), the prices are affordable, and Vanessa and her family are always lovely when taking our order. The staff is kind and friendly, with the owner being particularly welcoming and eager to please. Vanessa's also offers a wide range of sugar-free flavors and hosts regular events, such as the magical pink school bus/food truck. One small downside mentioned is that the boba is served with a regular straw, which can make the boba pearls get stuck. Overall, Vanessa's is known for its awesome customer service and delicious offerings, making it a place that many people look forward to visiting again.
