This was extremely thin crust and very little to no sauce. It was slightly soggy because it was so thin. We did get a white pizza and it was great. Then other was ok. The pizza tasted alright. But for the price I am not sure I would get pizza on Edisto. Just make it at home.

First let me say I never complain. The sweet girl taking orders was fantastic. The pizza on the other hand was not edible. Came in for a medium hamburger pizza and literally thought the box was empty it was so light. When we tried to eat it you had to chew it for five minutes to even get it to go down. Literally had no flavor. 21 dollars for a medium pizza that you couldn’t eat is insane. I’ve ate there before and it’s been fantastic but not Friday.
Worst service and pizza I've ever had. Do not eat here

My chicken tenders were burnt. They forgot my sauces. And they had the worst attitudes.

We normally eat at sandbar every time we come to Edisto. Today we tried to order food by call-in. I was put on hold for 15 minutes I was understanding about waiting to order with it being a Friday evening but then they hung up without saying anything. I called back again and told them they hung up on me and then they said “be right back to you” then they hung up again immediately after saying that instead of putting us on hold. We drove by there going to get dinner else where and they were definitely not busy enough to be putting individuals on hold for that long, much less hanging up on us if you don’t want to take call in orders then just don’t answer the phone. We definitely will not be coming back on our next visit to edisto.

Asked for sauced chicken tenders and was told they wouldn’t be making anything complicated, even though it’s on their menu. Chickens tenders were almost inedible and we through most of them away. I understand that it is peak season but this was unacceptable.
The pizza, when we finally got it, was excellent. Very flavorful and large. However, they were understaffed and overwhelmed. And just before our food arrived, they started turning people away, due to running out of pizza dough. How do you run out of dough in a pizza joint on a weekend at a small beach town?

This was our first trip to Edisto. When we arrived at our AirBnb, we ordered pizza from the Sand Bar. It took a little longer for our order to be completed than originally expected, but we got our 3 pizzas and salad and went on our way. When we got back to the place we were staying, I realized they had forgotten the ranch dressing for our salad. I drove back up to the restaurant to tell them about the missing dressing only to find out that they had since run out of ranch. They gave me Italian as a replacement, and I left frustrated.
I sent a message on FB about my experience to the restaurant, and they responded to ask for my contact information. One of the owners, Dawn, called me the next day to apologize and to offer me a refund for the salad. She wasn’t going to be able to put it back on my card so she offered to give me cash. My family was on the beach already that morning, so she came out to the pier and met me on the beach. She was super pleasant, and I think this is the way customer service should be.
On top of it all, the pizza was really good! We would definitely order again, and I would just check our order better before I left.

The pizza is good
Pizza just ok, wings were a little sad, prices a little high. But beggers can't be choosers on a little island! Service was quick and professional.

After waiting for about 15 minutes without service at another restaurant that serves pizza near by, we found this place on our phones and decided to try to make it there before they closed (it was about 1:45 and they were closing at 2 that day per Google)I called as we were walking over to see if they would be willing to take our order so close to closing time. The woman who answered the phone was so sweet and took the order and said to come on over. The pizza was delicious and the service top notch. We sat in the screened in porch to eat. Very nice atmosphere. This will now be our go to lunch spot anytime we go to Edisto.
