I have worked many retail positions throughout my life, many during my teen years. Good service includes acknowledging customers who walk in the door with at least a "Hello" and possibly "Is there anything I can help you with?" Instead, the two teenager/early 20s employees had scowls on their faces the entire time we were in the store, shot stares at us and when we went up to the counter to order our ice cream the one employee still did not ask us how she could help us; my husband...read full review
