“Saw a post on Florence food social media so thought I’d give it try. It’s a gas station/country store with restaurant at the back. Seating is available. I was to early for the buffet (served at lunch until 2 pm and then at 5pm) so I got a burger. It was one of the best, if not the best, burgers I’ve ever had. Will definitely go back for the buffet next time and they even serve ribs during lunch as well as dinner.”

“WOW, just amazing. I ordered a caramel latte and it is made with homemade caramel sauce. Flavor just tastes natural and not that nasty syrup. Spinach and artichoke pinwheels were a nice touch for breakfast”

I left a Murrell shoulder pack with all of my identification and credit cards after a dinner with my husband as we were on travel. The following day, I retrieved my belongings and was greatly relieved with nothing missing. Honest staff and management deserves a huge endorsement to support this business and livelihoods often! “This is an excellent location typically but just a bit of advice: If a customer is sitting idle for a few minutes at a time and has not been helped in any capacityit’s probably a good idea to check in to see if they need any help with anything. Even if the answer might be no.

In the past, when I’ve ordered DoorDash from this location to pick it up for myself, I have been able to go to the online pick up order and snag my bag.

Granted, I do not live here and it’s been a couple of months since I’ve been back so clearly things have changed. It’s probably not ideal to assume that all customers know the policy right off hand.

And while I do take responsibility for not necessarily going up to the counter and checking on my order immediately, it still would’ve been nice for someone to at some point ask me if I needed help with anything instead of watching me sit there.

From the time I walked in and was greeted with the biggest smile from Sharonda to my amazing server Sheldon, thank you guys so much for your kind hospitality. The food was delicious and you could tell that it was prepared with love. The aged ribeye just melts In your mouth. The broccli with the pimento cheese and lobster mac and cheese was also delicious. Their chefs are fabulous cooks. My overall experience was great 10/10. Biggest thanks to the GM Jonathan, thank you so much for having me.
