Super slow service. Rude employees. Tonight was the last straw when I tried going through drive through, and it was blocked off. At 7 pm!!!
I eat at Arby's all the time an I will never go to this one in elgin SC again the service was bad as hell an a female employee pulled her mask down an yelled at me like I was a child I had someone on my cell phone an they heard her she stuck her head out the drive threw window it was so bad I made her put my money back on my debit card I'm a cook an have been in food service for 16 years an this is unacceptable for me she was not even involved with the transaction she didn't...read full review
