Went to the Elgin location on yesterday. I got a 6 inch Tuna on honey wheat. The lady that prepared my sub had such a negative demeanor. She didn't talk to me disrespectful. She had a vibe that she didn't want to be there. The store wasn't crowded. I feel that if you are not in the mood to serve the public, don't come to work.

They've stepped up their game.i only tried them again because of the flbogoGlad I did .They're under new management and you can tell. Service was fast food was fresh . I can add them back to my lunch and dinner places.

The sub was great. The associate who helped us at the drive thru was great. The 45 minute wait because she is the only person working ... not so great. It creates a bad experience for us as the consumer. It creates an even worse experience for her as the employee. She was handling it well and had a pleasant attitude but it's not okay to put her in that position.
