For this particular outing we ordered to go since we were already out but we normally order for delivery as previous visits the service was horrible! But they did have a different woman there this visit who was really nice, quick, and stayed on the cooks to get the orders out in a timely manner. She was still on her phone like a lot of the previous people but her attitude was much better! This was a weekend visit and they are typically busy so the approximate 10 minute wait was...

I was reluctant to try this place, but I'm glad that I did. My Philly was on point. Cheesy, meaty,and full of flavor! I highly recommend this place. I had no issues with customer service. Everything was pleasant. I will return!!

The food is usually pretty good, but service is typically super slow. I rate this place 3 stars because there usually some problem everytime we come. Either the pop machine doesn't work, the line closes suddenly, or some other incident.
