Dunkin' Donuts in Florence

“Love this dunkin, they make the drinks right. And they don't skimp you on the ingredients on special cold foams. They know what your talking about when you order a charlie cold foam cold brew, which by the way is now just a Carmel one. Not sure what Charlie did to lose her drink but it's still good. The employees are polite and nice even when its crazy busy and people are being jerks to them.“

“This location is inside a very busy gas station. There is a digital station that allows you to order and pay. Usually sells out of popular items when busy. Comfortable chairs and convenient tables for waiting for your order or eating inside“

“Just came in this morning. Went inside. Lovely gentleman working the counter, I believe named Jonathan. He was attentive, read my slightly complicated order back to me. And made sure it was right. He has wonderful manners. A very large group came in immediately after me, there was a bit of a language barrier, but Jonathan took his time with them and confirmed what they were asking for just like he did with me. I tried to call the store and praise him to a manager but it's busy on a Saturday morning. KEEP HIRING STAFF LIKE JONATHAN! I've seen a lot of turn around at this location, and if they use him as an example of who to hire, you will have VERY happy customers.“

“So this is my regular dunkin as it's on the way to work. I've had issues but honestly that's anywhere that's busy... when I told them about the issue it was always fixed... they even sent me to work one day without the right doughnut.. yes I was upset but I understand things happen and told them and they corrected the issue n actually gave me 2 doughnuts since they messed up“
