I order a hook and ladder fully involved , got home it was dry and kinda toasted too hard . Sandwich was dry no hardly Mayo , mustard . Etc .. sandwich did not seem fresh at all , if I was closer I would have return that dry sandwich 😡
This is the most horrible display of customer service and listening skills I have seen in my life when it comes to a restaurant. I would not recommend anyone to go to this establishment if you want your order made correctly. 🤦♀️
