Hardee's is a restaurant that requires improvement but shows promise. Sometimes, only two staff members are available, leading to long waits and limited service options. However, when the service is good, it can be exceptional. Ms. Wanda is a huge asset to the Irby Street location, always providing a friendly smile and a welcoming greeting for all customers. The food is decent, with the Philly being a notable option. The breakfast options, like the hot grits, egg, and sausage gravy biscuit, are awesome. The Frisco angus burgers are really good. However, issues with app functionality, cold fries, and the need to ask for ketchup can detract from the experience. The food was high and fresh and the customer service was at an all-time high. The peach shake is a little pricey and a sandwich was cold. Overall, Hardee's has the potential to excel with better staffing and attention to detail, and it is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
