Hardee's is a restaurant that requires improvement. Sometimes, only two staff members are available, leading to long waits and limited service options. However, when the service is good, it's exceptional. The staff, including the drive-thru attendant with an AMAZING personality, provide excellent customer service. The food is decent, with the Philly being a notable option. Unfortunately, issues with app functionality and cold fries can detract from the experience. Overall, Hardee's has the potential to excel with better staffing and attention to detail.
