Used to be good went in for lunch I ordered on the kiosk had my receipt come to my phone had to argue with the employee that I ordered he kept saying no I didn't I showed him the receipt on my phone plus my bank app saying it was taking out of my account took about 10 minutes was never this bad
The staff that took the order was not there at all. Her mind was far away from her. When talking to, she was staring into space or somewhere else completely. I place two orders and she didn't get the first one.
Very delicious 😋

KFC is a restaurant that serves a variety of meals, including the 20 piece family chicken meal and mac and cheeses. While the food is considered tasty, with good chicken and fine mac and cheese, some customers have reported issues with their orders. One reviewer had their mac and cheeses left off their order and received poor compensation from the manager. Another reviewer experienced confusion and mistakes with their order, including a forgotten drink and incorrect gravy on their mashed potatoes. However, the team members were generally nice and friendly.
