I left a Murrell shoulder pack with all of my identification and credit cards after a dinner with my husband as we were on travel. The following day, I retrieved my belongings and was greatly relieved with nothing missing. Honest staff and management deserves a huge endorsement to support this business and livelihoods often! My new stop over every time I travel through SC!“

“If heard about this little restaurant and passed by many times. Today I stopped. And I'm glad I did. Got a vegetable taco salad to go. The server was very helpful with her suggestions for a meatless meal. Maybe the best taco salad I've ever had. I will definitely be stopping there again. And I suggest you do too.“

“Not a Taqueria at all. The tortillas aren't masa is just overpriced white wash mexican & sushi. The street corne is bland that was their try at an Elote. Mexican food is time consuming if you're gonna have "Taqueria" on your restaurant at least respect the cuisine and prepare it correctly. very misleading to Hispanics in the area.“

“We have been eating here for years. The new owners and menu is great. Menu is not too big and reflects in the freshly made food. We had Shrimp quesadillas & chicken quesadillas served with Rice, beans & side salad. Big portions and delicious. Also a beef burrito. Everyone commented on how fresh the food was and delicious. The waiter was new to the job but still very attentive and took good care of us. We’ll be returning 🤩“

“For years I only went to one particular Mexican restaurant only a couple of blocks from my home (that I swore was the best in town)until I tried Palapas! Now I drive across town whenever I crave Mexican. My favorite is the mixed quesadillas. Always juicy and full of meat. I usually call and order and pick up in the drive thru.“

“This place is a Sunday night favor for my wife and I. It’s more authentic than most Mexican restaurants and absolutely a favorite of the locals. Very good Carnitas and Carne Asada and truthfully, we’ve never had anything that we didn’t care for. My absolute favorite is there green taco sauce, the only place I know I can find it in town.“

“Quesadilla was very good. Good flavor on the steak. Love their handmade corn tortillas. Side of beans had really good flavor also. Husband said Mexican sausage taco was not that good, but steak, and pork tacos were each good. (He liked the flavor of the pork better).“

“When I arrived I waited for my online order wasn't long before it arrived. A older gentleman arrived and was not sure on how to order since the staff was working hard I never caught the women name that helped him but these are some of the best employees I've ever seen“

“I just left here and want to give a shout out to the leader and her team for performing as well as they could under uncontrollable and uncomfortable circumstances. They were picking up the overflow from Bucees not having and water. As you can imagine, this is a very challenging situation. They were working diligently together as a team to accommodate their guests in a timely manner. I hope the company recognizes them and acknowledges their efforts. Way to go!!!“
