Always go here for date night with my fiancé. We love the food and we only go during the weekdays so we have great service and no wait every time! Tonight we got to meet their new chef Collin from PA and we absolutely enjoyed the vibes and humor that he brought to our meal! If you haven’t visited in a while, you need to give this place a second chance and see the new chefs but chef Carlos will always be the MVP! 😊

Chef Collin is a favorite, described as fun and engaging with jokes, bringing the heat and nailing the food. His shrimp and steak are cooked perfectly. Many are willing to give the sushi another try. Miyami remains a decent option for a Japanese steakhouse and is well worth it.
