We don't often make it out to Florence, but our experience at Town Hall was so outstanding that we're already considering another trip back just to dine here again. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my Nana's 76th Birthday. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make it such a memorable family gathering. 10/10, Highly Recommend. I had a party of 28 people, the restaurant was so helpful and got everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Jordan, our waitress, will be an owner in the near future, she was incredible!

This is a very nice place if you find yourself in downtown Florence (which appears to be undergoing an extensive makeover). It is a very nice space--stylish without being intimidating. We had a very nice brunch. The service was good and the staff was very friendly. My only recommendation would be to offer tea in small pots, rather than in individual cups. The individual cups are tiny.
