Our food was decent but the dining room was disgusting. Every single table was dirty and lots of trash all over the floor. And every single trash can was overflowing. A worker came out and pushed the trash down more instead of cleaning it out. They weren’t even that busy when we went in but six people were standing behind counter and one sitting in the dining room on her phone….
For the second time in a row my order was completely wrong. Large order of chips was a bag about 1/4 full of stale chips and my quesadilla was nowhere to be found. Nobody will answer the phone and if you ever do get through you have to call an 800 # and wait days for a refund. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Do not waste your time or money!
This is continually the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’m at constantly disappointed. They are understaffed and the quality is beyond pathetic. There is always something wrong with my order. The quac routinely has huge chucks of unripe avocados and the flavor is not on par with other Chipotle’s. I go back hoping that they get it together. I’d rather drive 20 minutes past the Fort Mill location to get better quality. I wish I could give this zero stars. Again, pathetic
