“Everything Megan does she pours her heart into. The details in her cookies are impeccable and her macarons are the tastiest we’ve ever had! She even designed a custom “press for champagne” cookie for our truck and made so many sample combinations until the cookie design was just perfect! Megan also has all the fun toys like a food printer and a Glowforge for custom cake toppers. She even printed our truck on a tiny macaron. How cool is that?!? “This Cold Stone location in Fort Mill is much better than the Rivergate location in Steele Creek. I'm a little closer to the Rivergate location, but this one is worth it coming the little extra way.

Each time I've ordered, whether online or in person has been a great experience. One time recently, I tried ordering online, and it would not let me use my coupon - kept saying I needed to add valid items to my cart. I would add different items, and still nothing would work. I went inside and explained the situation. They tried to do the order in the system first before making my order to see if it would work. They had no issues applying the coupon that was on my account to what I wanted to order. Allison J. was on the receipt that time, which appears to be a manager based on other reviews. She is excellent - friendly and helpful!

I do hope they bring back the Don't lay a finger on my Butterfinger creation because it was very good - peanut butter ice cream with Butterfingers, caramel, and chocolate. Yum!“
