$5 up charge to an already $20 meat plate which came to $30. Brisket was fatty and dry. Also they changed their bbq sauce and now every thing contains fish sauce . Lunch for 2 people cost $70 without tip! Very expensive and not worth the money.

The Improper Pig, Fort Mill is my favorite restaurant in the Charlotte area. The pork, brisket, spicy green beans and hush puppies are our favorites though everything we have tried has been delicious.
