$5 up charge to an already $20 meat plate which came to $30. Brisket was fatty and dry. Also they changed their bbq sauce and now every thing contains fish sauce . Lunch for 2 people cost $70 without tip! Very expensive and not worth the money.

The Improper Pig, Fort Mill is my favorite restaurant in the Charlotte area. The pork, brisket, spicy green beans and hush puppies are our favorites though everything we have tried has been delicious. When I have visitors from out of town I always bring them to the The Improper Pig - Fort Mill, SC as was the case a week ago when my guest said it was "the absolute best bbq pork he had ever tasted!".
