“Went here last night 8/21 around 7-8pm. The food was fresh, the service was amazing. It was one of the best Whoppers I had in a long time even the fries tasted like they just came out of the fryer. This store is 10000% better than the simpsonville store and the haywood rd location. The store manager was there and she was doing an AMAZING job keeping her customers satisfied! The drive thru clerk was super nice and had everything in my order correct“

“The place was super busy, and there was a wait, but the staff were working hard to keep up. Our order suddenly disappeared from the board after waiting a bit, and when we brought it to their attention, the manager put a rush to get ours next. We really appreciate the fact that they were willing to jump on correcting the issue, and the staff worked hard without complaint. Thank you.“

Husband had bacon and penne pasta, I had mussels, shrimp and class in red sauce, both with just the right amount of spice. Fabulous! “All of the food was good, but only 6 cheese curds seems to be a bit small but they were good. The burger was one of the best I had in a long while and their sauce was really good. Not good enough to drink out of a cup with a straw but you could put it on everything type of good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back if I'm in the area!“

“I dined there tonight and was horrified to witness a very unprofessional and negative interaction between Logan (the manager) and an elderly female bartender towards a professional looking female patron who simply sent a drink back because the waiter didn't make the correct drink. They accused this poor woman of being drunk and followed her to her car screaming and yelling at her. It was very uncalled for and very upsetting to all the other diners. Over a drink that THEY didn't make correctly. I will never dine there again after witnessing this.“

When I pulled up, Star greeted me at the speaker and window with professionalism and a beautiful smile that immediately made my visit better. She was handling the front all on her own until the next worker arrived, yet she worked efficiently, serving both me and the customers inside without missing a beat.

What impressed me most was not just her work ethic, but her positive attitude under pressure. I had just come from Wendy’s where my tap-to-pay wouldn’t work after several attempts. Thankfully, Burger King’s system worked smoothly, and Star turned what started as a frustrating experience into a great one with her kindness, patience, and efficiency.

“Be advised that if you try to order half sweet tea / half unsweetened tea, 9/10 times they’re going to give you half tea / half lemonade because they don’t read. And they will straight up tell you that YOU ordered it wrong unless you have a receipt to prove it.
The food here is often not made well (sloppy or overcooked) and the service is VERY slow even when there’s no wait. The food is nothing special and overpriced in general. I only eat here when they have a good coupon / offer on the app.
If you want Whataburger specifically, I recommend trying a different location.“

“Just went not too long ago today. Food was hot and great! Blizzard had the perfect amount of toppings and was blended well, service was amazing! Cashier was an older gentleman, with a long beard and glasses. He was super friendly and had great hospitality! Really made my day!“

They did at least have Dr. Pepper behind the counter, and the employee was very friendly and accommodating to get me a drink. The girl put in the wrong order for my 75-year-old mom, but my mom just ate it. The place was clean, and they were sweet. The food was hot and good. The place was empty except for my mom and myself.“
