“We found it when leaving Congaree National Park having searched in our GPS car map system for 'BBQ nearby'. It was one small building set alone and we wondered whether to enter or not. We did and it was one of the best dining decisions we made on our entire trip. In fact my two sons asked to return there the next evening. Great happy staff. Large filling portions. The real thing - home style BBQ made by a truly local family.”

We chose a combination of chocolate with strawberry frosting and sweet potato with spice frosting, all covered in a rich buttercream that was to die for. The flavors were unique and perfectly balanced, making it the highlight of the celebration. Bonnie was also so accommodating with our budget. She offered a wonderful solution with a smaller display cake and equally delicious kitchen cakes, which made the entire experience stress-free and perfect for us. The cake was delivered and set up beautifully, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better cake for our special day! We’re already dreaming of the next occasion to enjoy one of Bonnie’s cakes. Thank you so much for making our cake dreams come true!”
