We haven't recently in our lives experienced a place that is so consistent in quality nor as welcoming as Carolina Cafe. The wait staff alone is enough to make us visit every day! They make us feel like family EVERY TIME! Then.... THERE IS THE FOOD! HOLY COW, it is beyond compare. We have had steaks, salads, fried onions, rolls, BLUE CHEESE DRESSING (BEST EVER HOUSE MADE), ALFREDO, and the list goes on. While the service and atmosphere is great here the food, for breakfast at least, is small portions and lacking in flavor. The gravy is a sad excuse for "homemade" red-eye....for the prices id definitely venture somewhere else.
