Morning crew are always better with customer service and handling orders. But the night crew are awful. You can never get help, they ignored you and the guy with the tattoos on his hands with the ponytail ALWAYS have the worst attitude. He needs to work in the back instead of the cash register and if he’s the supervisor or something, he needs to lose his job. If you don’t like where you at, then quit. Find something that makes you happy.
This Wendy's does it right. The manager had my burger out in like a minute and it was great hot and delicious. Very professional and kind manager with a great smile. Sometimes all it takes is a kind smile and a good burger to make your day better. I most definitely will be back to this location. I got the double baconator on a pretzel bun. Thanks
