I always eat here when I am in Georgetown. One of my favorites anywhere.February 20, 2023--The Big Tuna closed permanently a couple of weeks ago. I will really miss this place.
Big Tuna Raw Bar in Georgetown is a favorite spot, with a nautical atmosphere right by the water. Enjoy delicious she-crab soup and gumbo, but watch out for cold fries. Despite some small grouper fingers, the fresh and hot seafood like steamed clams and fried platter make for an amazing dining experience. With reasonable prices and a lovely outdoor area, it's a great place to enjoy a meal with family.
