However, what truly stood out was their unparalleled customer service. Upon encountering a slight delay in preparing my order due to an issue with the gravy, the kitchen manager personally approached me to explain the situation. Not only did he offer alternative menu options to expedite my meal, but he also went above and beyond by ensuring I was comfortable during the brief wait. Despite my reassurance that there was no rush on my end, he generously provided pastries to enjoy while patiently waiting for my dish to be ready. It's rare to encounter such transparency and genuine concern for customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The Junction Kitchen exemplifies what true hospitality means, setting a standard that many others could learn from. As for the meal itself, it surpassed expectations. “Food was good, service was good, and the one person cook Nick was absoluely AMAZING. They was short staff; but you could not tell because the service was so good. I love Waffle House and this is the only one me and my family go to in Goose Creek.“

“Good food at a reasonable price. Waitress staff was excellent. Hannah was our waitress and was totally.on the ball. The Hostess staff could use some training. They were telling people 30 minute wait when they’re were 3 tables available and customers walked out. Rather than helping clear some other tables and counter seating, they chose to stand at the hostess stand doing nothing. Everything else about this place was great and we’ll definitely go back.“

“The family and I enjoyed our trip in today! The pizzas, Caesar salad, and meatball sandwich were delicious. My husband also enjoyed a loaded smoothie. The chai was ok but I wouldn’t get it again. Love the atmosphere though! Very cute space with outdoor dining. We’ll be back!“

“I stopped by after work this morning, around 1215am. The service was great! My waiter, William, was super sweet and friendly. My food was brought to my table faster than expected. It was cooked just as I ordered and tasted really good. The new upgrades to the business created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to go back!“
