I went to this Burger King last night because my fiance wanted Burger King. I went through the drive thru as I was going around it was two employees at the door a brown skinned girl with either braids or dreads but they were red and this dark skinned guy. He was behind her on the inside feeling on her and she was laughing. When I ordered the food I was rushed and the guy sounded rude. When I pulled up to the window he looked and I stared his soul out to let him know not to play with me. All of a sudden he want to talk nice. He was Hispanic or Mexican but rude.. They need to hire a better staff or Shut it down like they did Checkers and Hardee's .

It takes a long time to get food. After a certain time the doors are locked. The last few times I have been there I saw children behind the counter. My order was not correct. The recipe was correct but my sandwiches were not.

Quite possibly the worst example of "service" of ANY kind at a fast food location ANYWHERE. For reasons I still can't fathom, I actually like BK burgers. But it's no longer worth the frustration. Often, the restaruant is "open" but NO EMPLOYEES are in the building. Cleanliness is non-existent. Zero effort to engage with or serve customers. When I hear people "demanding" $15 and $22 per hour to work at a fast food restaurant ... because they "deserve it", THIS is the horrible excuse for a FF restaurant that comes to mind. FIX IT OR CLOSE IT! (It's been this way for way too long)

I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants, she charged me for 1 and when I told her she made a mistake she informed me that they were no longer doing the 2fer special, so I paid for another one, they gave me my order and I headed to work but when I get there and looked there is only one in the bag, she charged me twice but handed me the bag after she looked into it to check it and still handed it to me with 1 in it, and these retards want $15 and hour hell they can't even count to 2.

We wait at the Drive through for 15 minutes. We were told to pull up and that took another 20 minutes. I finally went into the restaurant and there were ONLY 4 people working. Everyone was served after my order. When I asked, where was my food, it was a laughable moment to the employee that someone dropped my order. I tried to ask questions, but no answer. I waited another 10 minutes to receive COLD FOOD!!! No Apologies!
