lezels locked in doing a great job in the drive thru
Went through drive through ordered 3 number 1 and two member 2 meals! The drive through employee informed me that they did not have coffee available. Drive thru takes a longer time for a single meal. Inside was dirty and doors are often locked. Low staff. Unprofessional staff. Seriously BK is a national brand and your hiring procedures and training and standards need to be better.

Burger King is a convenient location that serves hot food, including Whoppers. Customers have experienced some issues with order accuracy and slow service, especially during busy times when the drive-thru can get backed up. Some staff members can be less helpful, but others have shown kindness and willingness to assist, such as helping a handicapped customer with their order. The manager is often seen calling out for the staff to drop fries or handle special orders, sometimes leading to confusion. Despite these challenges, the restaurant can provide a good experience when the team works together efficiently. Many customers still enjoy the flame-grilled Whopper, praising its taste and the familiar flavor that keeps them coming back. Overall, Burger King remains a dependable spot, offering satisfying meals and decent service on better days.
