The people that came in after me were done eating before I received my cold sandwich. Avoid this place.

It's a clean friendly and family atmosphere the food was great I ordered 10 chicken wings and the mega shrimp and crab rice and it was delicious.

I came in with my wife on a Saturday afternoon, and from the moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted, which was a pleasant surprise, it's rare these days to get that kind of acknowledgment as soon as you walk in. After being seated, Natalie came right over, introduced herself, and took our drink order. She was friendly and attentive from the start.

Our meals came out quickly and were spot on. Everything was served at the perfect temperature, and each dish was just as we hoped. There was also another lady who seemed to be in a management role—she was multitasking, moving between the kitchen, bartending, and checking on tables. It’s refreshing to see a manager so involved and hands-on, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She even came over to check that our food and drinks were exactly what we ordered.

Overall, the experience was fantastic—great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Awful experience, tried to take my family here today to try something new to us . We will not be going back. First red flag was the wait time to even be acknowledged, second red flag was his comment when asked if we where dining in, was seat yourself anywhere you can find CLEAN! Third flag was when my husband ordered a beer (I completely understand checking I.d. We are almost 40 ) he turned , flipped, picked at my husband’s I.d., when asked what the problem was he said I’m just trying to make sure it’s a “real” I.d. . We decided after having to actively take back his I.d. To leave . Dirty, empty, nothing on tap. Awful customer service all the way around. If I didn’t know better I would say that the guy’s behavior was that of someone tweaking. Not bullying or picking on anyone, simply making an observation.

Never again. The wait time was ridiculous and they didn't even had a crowd. Took almost 45 mins to get my food. Left and came back to pick up my order and no one act like the wanted Assist, (3 mins after standing there) when I noticed my order was sitting on the counter, I grabbed my order and left. Food was not worth the hype.

My friend and I were the first people in at around 1127 ( super excited because I had heard great things) it took 30 plus minutes to cook a medium burger. I had to take to go and the server threw the to go box on the table never apologized except when we asked for a manager he said they were not there he that was the problem. A party of 5 came in after us and got their food before I did. Will not go back. Ridiculous. Most people have thirty minutes for lunch maybe an hr and my friend and I were very dissatisfied with the whole event.

Slow service bar/restaurant - 28 min wait. Usually everything is good. Service was very slow today 2/7/25. Out of steak, strawberry margarita and etc. ordered Mike rice and they wanted to charge the same amount event though they had no steak. Kitchen ain’t talking to waiters and waiters not talk to kitchen. Sounds like a management problem. Chicken wings were very salty as well. Have to ask for silverware and to clean the table.. place going downhill

Ordered an order through door dash naylin it showed she was waiting on the order then she went off the screen it showed preparing another driver went there according to them they gave it to the first driver who never brought it i called the restraunt they said they would remake it door dash said they would pay for it then 15 minutes later the new driver told me I had to take it up with door dash according to the restraunt after the restraunt told the driver and myself they would remake it poor customer service the girl who answered was not helpful and shouldn't be in customer service first time ordering from here will never attempt again

I’m a 30-year resident of Goose Creek and this is my first visit to your establishment. We both enjoy trying out new places, especially in the city of Goose Creek. I had the club sandwich with fries and a pickle and my partner had the chef’s salad. Excellent choices and the food was very tasty and fresh. I liked the way my club sandwich was made. The selection of bread was only white bread, but it came out lightly grilled and rather tasty. The fries were not limp and were tasty and hot. The chef’s salad was huge…more than enough for one person. The homemade salad dressing was (butter milk) and very light and flavorful. The only thing that didn’t come out right was the vodka and tonic I ordered. The tonic water was flat, but I didn’t send it back and didn’t want to cause any discomfort. There is no to go boxes and it’s also stated on the outside door of the premises. There is take out if ordered online. Although this was a little confusing because we did see people come in to pick up their orders but we also saw a few who came in and sat down and ordered take out. So the clarity of this type of ordering was confusing. Our server was very nice and she handled many customers coming in and seated while we ate. She did a great job! We definitely will be back again to try out the many different lunch items that were on this neatly organized menu. Thank you kindly.

I ordered 20 wings a side salad and some extra sauces and a drink. Picked up order from Goose Creek location and drove home to Summerville. Was about to eat and realized that I was shorted 5 wings. I called immediately to let the restaurant know and they said I would have to drive all the way back with the food for them to see for theirselves that it was short 5 wings! How could they possibly tell? And to drive 25 minutes back just to show you! Then have worthless cold wings! Made no sense! I am NOT a dishonest person at all! If I was shorted, I was shorted! My order clearly said 20 wings with 2 flavors! Ask your cook how many wings they put in the box! I definitely will not be going back to the Goose Creek location! Count your wings before you leave! No telling how many times this has happened to other people!

Went on a Wednesday and truly enjoyed myself and could tell my food was made with love. Came on a Saturday night… service is POOR.. manager has a nasty attitude.
