Ordered hibachi bowl and requested no rice or sauce but could I have extra vegetables instead. Server said yes. Also just ordered water to drink. Got charged for extra vegetables and a fee for paying with a debit card. Server said “they” won’t allow substitutions.

This place has been one of my favorite places to eat, watch some sports, hear an occasional live local entertainment artist play some great music. The food is so good with daily specials and the portions are huge. Great atmosphere and appetizers. I’ve been coming here for twenty years now and never have I been disappointed. Great customer service and ownership.
Great food, service and friendly atmosphere! Love this place!

Sapphires Sports Bar and Grill offers a welcoming atmosphere, with great food and service. The owners are praised for their community support and fundraising events. They accommodate dietary restrictions, making it a suitable place for various dining preferences. The restaurant excels in dishes such as salads, prime rib bites, wings, and fried green beans. Their wings are particularly popular and considered the best in town. The place is known for its great NFL game day atmosphere, decked out in team colors with wall-to-wall TVs showing multiple games, making it a top spot for sports fans. While the food is excellent, some customers have noted that the menu can feel overwhelming at times. Service speed can vary, especially during busy football season, but even when the crowd is moderate, the staff is friendly and attentive. The overall experience, including the food, drinks, and community vibe, makes Sapphires worth a visit, whether enjoying a chicken philly sandwich, cheese curds, or a Patty Melt.
