Today is 11/20/23 5:18A.M and Hardee’s is supposed to be open but that’s not what made me upset the lady was very rude she saw at the window and ignored me I had to knock on the window just for her to tell me they aren’t open
My brother has worked in the Hardee's business for almost 10 years and when I brought him our breakfast he was appalled. My platter was shy on food, the eggs were not done right, the biscuit was not Hardee's quality and my sausage patty was burned. It looked to me as they had no control over their employees yelling back at each other. I have been going to this Hardee's for years, lately the customer service at the drive through is terrible. No smiles, no thank you, no have a nice day, the attitude is that they are being bothered. Guess I will consider somewhere else from now on.
