I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Miss Kathleen and her 3 person crew were the most polite and respectful today. In fast food you don’t always get that and I know why. I went inside and they made my order and before I left they made sure I was happy. That never happens so hats off to all of them!
Went in for the first time my son wanted to try it out. People were friendly but the place itself is the dirtiest I’ve ever seen.

Food is often fresh, but consistency can be unclear, with light bags and occasional wrong orders. Drive thru employees are nice, responsive and great at service. Despite occasional short Staffed, the service was great and the food was fresh. Overall, Hardee's is loved for its EXCELLENT service and menu items such as FRIED EGGS and chicken biscuit, though customers hope for more consistency Biscuit quality.
